Spawn and Die
MTV personality Susan McIntosh struggles to make sense of sex and mating in the modern world. Armed with words, humour, music, and sex education slides from the 70s, she takes on America’s aggression on the world stage and analyzes the particulars of the American pathology. Along the way, she swims against the policies of war, celebrity culture, and the micro practices of dating in New York’s fetid dating pool. Drawing examples from animals, birds, insects and her own tawdry past, the twisted McIntosh will illuminate, outrage and entertain. www.spawnanddie.com
