Brilliantly funny puppet show that has been the hit if the Australian Festival Circuit. Featuring three mad chefs animating everything from an electric fry pan to a tin of dog food in a puppet extravaganza of international (yet domestic) proportions, Men Of Steel follows two gibberish talking cookie cutters on a journey across worlds of culinary delight. Containing three episodes including a creation myth that fuses Adam and Eve with Evolution, a romantic outing to the movies and, finally, a cataclysmic visit to the woods. Cartoon Violence, Physical Comedy and Mess (lots and lots of Mess) ensues. In 2006, the show took out the Festival Directors Award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, the award that whisked Tim Minchin into the UK in 2005.
